Cookie Policy

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Copach.com Ltd T/A sellmycollection, part of the Geek Out family ("we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. We believe in complete transparency and a privacy-first approach to our customers' data.

2. Our "Essential Only" Approach

Unlike many modern websites, we have designed the sellmycollection platform to operate with the absolute minimum number of cookies required. We exclusively use Strictly Necessary Cookies.

3. The Cookies We DO Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies are vital for the website to function. You cannot opt out of these cookies, as the site cannot operate securely or correctly without them. We use these essential cookies solely for:

• 🔒
Security & Sessions To maintain your secure session while you browse the site, submit quote requests, and navigate between pages.
• ⚙️
Core Functionality To ensure the website loads correctly on your device and properly routes your requests to our servers.

4. The Cookies We DO NOT Use

To be absolutely clear about our privacy stance, we do not deploy any of the following:

• •
No Performance or Analytics Cookies We do not use Google Analytics, hotjar, or any other third-party tools to track how you click or navigate through the website.
• •
No Marketing or Advertising Cookies We do not use Meta Pixels or advertising cookies to build profiles about you or to retarget you with advertisements on other websites.

5. Managing Your Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. However, please be aware that if you configure your browser to block all cookies (including the strictly necessary ones we use), you may not be able to properly submit quote requests or use core functions of the website, as essential session routing will fail.
