Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing the buying and selling services provided through this platform. In this agreement:

  • "We", "Us", "Our", or "The Buyer" refers to Copach.com Ltd T/A sellmycollection, a part of the Geek Out family.
  • "You", "Your", or "The Seller" refers to the individual or entity offering items for sale to The Buyer.
  • "Items" or "Loot" refers to the trading cards, figures, comics, or other collectibles offered for sale.

By requesting a quote, dispatching items to us, or accepting a payout, The Seller explicitly agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotes & The Binding Agreement

All initial quotes are provided in good faith based on the photographs, descriptions, and condition gradings supplied by The Seller.

  • 🤝
Binding Agreement & No Seller's Remorse Upon accepting our quote and dispatching the Items to The Buyer, a legally binding contract of sale is formed, and the agreed price is final. The Seller waives the right to cancel the transaction, request the Items back, or renegotiate the price due to subsequent market fluctuations. Quotes may only be revised downward by The Buyer post-dispatch in the event of undisclosed damage or condition discrepancies.
  • 📸
Seller's Warranty of Condition The Seller warrants that the Items exactly match the provided descriptions. If Items arrive with undisclosed defects (e.g., hidden box damage, missing parts, undisclosed rips/creases, or cigarette smoke odor), The Buyer reserves the right to revise the offer downward or reject the Items entirely.
  • ⏳
Quote Validity & Cancellations Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, all unaccepted quotes are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of issue. However, The Buyer reserves the right to cancel or withdraw an unaccepted quote at any time prior to dispatch. If a quote is cancelled, The Seller will be notified via email.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Upon quote acceptance, The Buyer will provide a prepaid postage label. The Seller bears sole responsibility for packing the Items securely. The Buyer accepts no liability for damage incurred during transit resulting from insufficient packaging. The risk of loss or damage remains with The Seller until the Items are safely delivered and signed for at our facility.

4. Inspections & Payouts

Upon receipt, The Buyer will inspect all Items for authenticity and condition accuracy. We aim to process all packages within 24 hours of arrival. Upon successful inspection, payouts will be issued via The Seller's chosen method:

  • Option A: Direct Payment Funds will be transferred directly to The Seller via Bank Transfer or Card Payment to the details provided.
  • Option B: Store Credit Funds are applied to The Seller's account to be spent within the Geek Out ecosystem. Strict Policy: Once a payout is issued as Store Credit at The Seller's request, it is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

5. Rejections, Revisions & Returns

As established in Section 2, all sales are final upon dispatch. The Buyer will only revise a quote downward if the Items fail inspection due to an inaccurate initial description by The Seller.

Return Shipping for Inaccurate Descriptions: If The Seller declines a downward revised offer resulting from their inaccurate initial description, The Seller is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. If return shipping is not paid within 14 days of the revised offer, The Buyer reserves the right to safely dispose of the Items without compensation.

Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits: The Buyer strictly prohibits the sale of fake, reproduction, or counterfeit goods. If Items are verified as counterfeit upon inspection, they will be rejected. The Seller must pay return shipping costs to retrieve them; otherwise, counterfeit Items will be destroyed after 14 days.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
